ddsmoothmenu Problem with ie8

Problem: Everything run's fine with FFX Chrome and Safari.
The Problem eis with ie7 & ie8. On the 1st link all the submenus are well displayed. But after when navigating in the website, I can't access the 3rd level sub menu. I can't found out where the problem comes from.
Why only with ie, why not on the home page...

I have found a solution, but I'm very disapointed...
The problem is beteween ie an Jquery 1.4.
Once I come back to 1.3, it works fine again...
