thumbnail viewer problems, please help!

I'm using the thumbnail viewer and I've used it before on a few different sites, and i have a problem I'm just not seeing, and I can't fix it and need another set of eyes please.
This is the site - www.lakeshorecollection.com.

I've uploaded the css and the javascript files, the appropriate code is in the head section, it preview fine, but when it's actually uploaded it will not work and I am at my wits end with this. I've just looked at it for too long and cannot see the problem, I think.
This was somewhat of a redesign, and I've spent way too many hours on it and am ready to just throw in the towel and admit defeat here, so any help will be appreciated.

Please post about Dynamic Drive Scripts in the Dynamic Drive Scripts Help section here where I've moved this thread, and:

There could be other problems, but on collectors.html there is no thumbnailviewer.css file, and no rel="thumbnail" links.

Make sure you're using the latest version of the script and have followed all of the step by step instructions.

As far as I know I am using the latest version of the script. Here is the URL of the script I am using http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex4/thumbnail.htm.

Those files aren't attached on the page you are viewing, because the script isn't needed on that particular page. Here is a page that it should be working on. http://www.lakeshorecollection.com/raku.html. Please try on a few of the thumbnails, some are just going to another page and showing the image.

This site is a redesign from another designer, and I think there is some conflicting code somewhere. I am redoing another site from the same designer and am having the exact same issue.

Interestingly enough I use this script on my own website, and it's working perfectly!

try to change the path to the larger images to something like this:

../images/raku/raku259.jpg

instead of

images/raku/raku259.jpg

I think that will work.

Also, I think you need to delete what is highlighted in red

No, that didn't work. I actually took out the entire tool tip portion and tried changing the path like you suggested, but now it just links directly to the image.
Any other suggestions are much appreciated!

First try using the script exactly like it is, and follow the instructions on the demo page. You now have the thumbnailviewer.css file linked to the collectors.html page, but there are still no rel="thumbnail" links (<a href="largerimage.jpg" rel="thumbnail">Whatever</a>) on that page.

If we're talking about a different page, let me know.

Yes, there aren't any linked thumbnails on that page (the css link is in my Dreamweaver template). This is the page I had posted previously http://www.lakeshorecollection.com/raku.html.

Also, it's not working on this page either http://www.greatlakescongress.com/bonanzapics2008.html.

In both sites it will work when I preview in Dreamweaver, but when it's live it isn't working.

The thumbnailviewer.js file has, in both cases, either been edited and/or become corrupt. Replace it with a fresh copy from the demo page.

There could also be other problems.
