This is a script that allows you to include all kinds of online videos on your page (several YouTube player versions, Dailymotion, Google, Vimeo) with the help of one single function. The script allows for dynamic param manipulation (video-transparency or not etc.), makes it possible to provide info for each video, positions videos in an absolutely or relatively positioned div and ensures smooth transition between videos (no flicker).
It enables you to just pause the video when it is clicked on, implying that a click on the video doesn't necessarily bring you to a page of the video-sharing company. It even allows you to embed videos for which embedding is disabled (but using this option is not recommended for obvious reasons).
The demo contains much information about embeddding online videos.
