Facebox will not load in ajax pagination

3) Describe problem:
Alright, long time user of DynamicDrive. I'm working on an overhaul of my current website and am using the pagination ajax content script (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...nate/index.htm). That works beautifully, but I'd like to be able to have certain photos and videos from within the ajax loaded pages load into the facebox "pop-up". I have read and reviewed a few of the issues that users were having with lightbox gone wild; but I really like the clean appearance of the Facebox jquery.

Currently, my HTML looks like this for the link:

<a href="../img/titles/photo.gif" rel="facebox">Text</a>

The Facebox loads on the initial index page (the one that loads the ajax pages) and also works on the ajax loaded page when not within the index page.

Has anyone found a way of fixing this?
