Your copy of fadeslideshow.js has been edited or has become corrupt. Replace it with a fresh copy from the demo page.

Thanks!!! For some reason the file had read/write permissions applied to it... I really appreciate your help and I see that you apply your assistance a lot to these forums... we are greatly thankful!
