Rookie needs help!
I'm new at this so I appreciate any help. I administrate my daughters softball teams website on eteamz.com. I found this website and loved the different effects. However, I'm not sure how what to do when the directions for some of effects tells you to Step 1: Insert the below into the <HEAD> section of your page of the site. I understand the "body" section.

If you examine your page's source code, you will see a tag called <head> (case may differ). Just paste it directly before the </head> tag.
