HELP!!! Top Navigational Bar I
For the first time ever i'm trying to get at TNB on my page, but i'm not quite sure about the instructions. I have read it over and over again...but i need help.
1 . The code to insert in the <HEAD> section - is it to be inseted on everyone of the htm. pages? The same Q oes for the part that is to be inserted after the <BODY> section.
Do my website need to be in frames? id like it NOT to...
I hope anyone can help me...
