Top Navigational Bar III or Jim's DHTML Menu v5.7

I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction with these scripts. (Top Navigational Bar III or Jim's DHTML Menu v5.7)

My problem is I can not get either script to work when they are included in a Dreamweaver template.

I can create an html file with the script and both menus work fine. Just not in the dreamweaver template.

Can you upload the file and give us a link? Then we can see just where dreamweaver is tripping up.
