Commercial Pilot needs help

We have a flight simulator forum. The site has all its css combined into one. But as the site grows the amound of unused css is growing. Is there any way we can prevent it, like by using some php script of some cloud like akamai, somehow generating only the needed css.
Please Please help. This is reducing our page speed.
