i am loooking for a PHP/ MYSQL based forum script
i googled it, but i found very complex...


i looking for any simple, which i can modify according to my own requirements....

plz tell me if there is any such forum script...?

Forums in general are very complex, so I would doubt you will find a simple one to modify. From what I understand phpbb is one of the easiest to use but modification is hard just like any will be.

Actually it uses template files... so i dont want to use it.. is not there any simple one, either have less features...

If your main worry is making phpbb3 look like its part of your site instead of a forum that has been clipped on like an afterthought, your really have nothing to fear.

Phpbb3s template files are really easy to customise with your own includes and header/footer HTML and the result can be something that fits seamlessly in with the rest of your site.

You can also carry the members login across the whole of your website with a few short lines of code, which can come in handy for providing "members only" content.
