Default Fade in slideshow (original version) works in IE not in FF

    1) Script Title: Fade in slide show

    2) Script URL (on DD): http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...nslideshow.htm

    3) Describe problem: My slideshow doesn't fade anymore in FF.
The images load ok, but they don't fade into each other.
I'm still using the original (vintage) fade in slideshow script.
I just went to upgrade it to the 2.4 version, but it's going to take me ages to change the code as I'm using lots of images in my slideshows.

Is there a quicker way of repairing the original script, or an updated version that's easier to change to?
I don't need any of the extra features of version 2.4, just a basic fade between each image on a constant cycle.

    Here's my page.

    Cheers

Make sure to back up the page first. Then you can try replacing all instances of:

    Code:
    -moz-opacity
    with:

    Code:
    opacity
    and all instances of:

    Code:
    MozOpacity
    with:

    Code:
    opacity

    Thanks it's working now.

It now seems to jump to the next image then fade in.
I'm sure before it just faded seemlessly.
Almost as if the next image is not starting at 100% transparent, maybe 95%.

It's maybe just my connection or maybe it did that before.
This isn't a big problem, as it looks ok now.

    Cheers
