Problem installing Ultimate Fade-in slide show v2.4

3) Describe problem: I have used several DD sccripts in the past and although a novice when it comes to JS I have managed to work things out okay. But this one has me stumped. Maybe because the example has 4 fade in shows operating and I just require one slide show displaying 8 pics of identical size = 160 wide x 147 high, in regular rotation. For simplicity I named the pics, pic1.jpg, pic2.jpg, etc.

I'll put it bluntly. I'm bushed. Help much appreciated.

The last script I used was "Book Flip slideshow", which is a big hit. I managed to work that one out okay.

After tackling the problem on a new day, I duplicated the page with the full script and then removed the unwanted script carefully piece by piece. I finally found I had left a small piece of script in the code that I should have removed because I only wanted one fade-in show.

When I removed that, things went fine. I went from having a black box on the page to having a 10 pic fade-in.

Sorry to have been a bother. I'll put it down to the 33º heat we are having without air con.

In my previous message I said I didn't have a problem. But I decided to add in a link to a page on the same site, to the last photo in the sequence. So I added a link in the second set of Quote Marks. At first I just added the page address as it was on the same site. When that didn't work I added the full URL="http://www.cqbreathalysers.com.au/lifeguard.shtml"

But this doesn't work either. I can't see why.

If you have time to take a look at this Test Page, I would be very grateful.
