my first post!

this being my first post, i'd like to say hi.

i've been teaching myself Xhtml and css for a few months now and i've found alot of information on this forum VERY useful and as such i joined the forums just now..
i would like to thank the community for the help i've already received and will receive in the future...

this is my 2nd ... i'm attempting to using DHTML... to no prevail, i'm slowly getting the hang of it...

I'm working on a "home page" of sorts right now.. its just for me to use localy, and as such i've made it quite graphicly intensive, never the less once i find a free host i might put it up just for the sake of getting crits.
i'm looking for someone who has the time to go over what i've coded and tell me if i can combine some of the selectors, This is my very first try at making anything for the web .
