Running flash movie in facebox

3) Describe problem: I am trying to get a flash movie to run on facebox, if i run it on a "blank" screen it runs ok. the webpage is northernlights2011.org.uk, click on Power Point Presentation about half way down

Seems to work fine here in Firefox and IE. What's the problem?
