3) Describe problem: Is it possible to

a) to have one window move up and down inside the main browser window as the user scrolls the document, so that it is always in view?

b) when switching from page to page, to remember if the window is open or minimized, and to retain that state?

What I would like to have is a chat room window docked in the bottom-right corner of the web page when a visitor clicks a link to open the chat room. After that, I want them to be able to browse to other pages on the web site, and for the open/minimized state to be retained.
