Urgent Image Rotation Script Required

HI i am looking for somthing like the image rotation script on this page

my client wants the images uploadable(that i can manage through php) and the text editable (), in the current site you can see that the image and text below are one and the same image (linked using area mapping, user firebug+firefox to see)
so i dont have a clue how to do such a script with image and text background at the same time. so things are literally bad.... please help anybody

I don't know what the particular slideshow that site uses, but there are plenty of scripts available that work similarly. Start with these:
