Opening up a new page in facebox

3) Describe problem: facebox working great, thanks to the designer but I have a form on the facebox page which when you click on submit i want to redirect it to a thank you page. However this page doesn't open up in the facebox. Link to see problem : http://v5.0.lawlincs.co.uk/ and click on "make an appoinment"
