upload_max_filesize 3mb hosts?

im trying to make an art gallery site for my sister with free hosting, i need upload_max_filesize to be at least 3mb
ive tried many free hosting services and they are all 1.5mb
ive tried changing it with .htaccess files and php.ini files, seems the free hosts are cracking down on that stuff
does anyone know of a free hosting service that has at least 3mb upload_max_filesize? or perhaps someone knows of a service where it can be changed with php.ini files or .htaccess files

maybe you should use an external service, something like filedropper

(I've never used it myself, but it seems like it might be a good solution.)

na its a gallery site, there are thumbnails and stuff

I suggest 000webhost. It has a maximum filesize of 5mb for its built-in FTP program, and I think you can upload larger files using a program like FileZilla. That's the hosting I use.

I am pretty sure he means for upload via a FORM not FTP!
but I might be wrong
