I'm using your CSS and have successfully got the image to popup on hover using a table <td>, etc. With HREF, the link of course is clickable and when clicked I'm taken to that link. I tried it without the HREF, but it is not clickable (or selectable).

I want to select the link without it executing, redirecting to that link. In fact it does not have to be a link. There are 2 other fields to select from before going to the next page.

I tried using that basic code in a Drop Down (option/select) scenario. That displays the items desired, but no popup and not selectable.

Is there a way to do this?
