when the animation plays the javascript underneath the images will say "undefined"

I have no clue what this means in java or where it's coming from?

Also is there a way I can lose the

or lose the Caption text?

What do you maen could you explain more? They are in the correct path to the server?

The images are not where the script is looking for them. Either move your images, or edit the script to point to them properly.
