    Just remove the style="DISPLAY: none" part from the div tag <DIV style="DISPLAY: none" class=rssToggle></DIV>

    The RSS feeds will then always be visible.

    Sorry - I dont understand what you're asking. Removing the display:none styling makes the RSS visible on page-load - please try and explain what else you want help with in more detail.
