    Default IP Addresses

Hey what's up.. I was wondering if I could ask someone for some help.

I'm using FrontPage Extensions to have forms submitted to my email, but I would like two things included within these forms..

    1. when the user fills out the form, and gets to the bottom, I want to be able to display his/her IP address, because it will say "for their protection, we record the IP address in case of fraudulant submissions"

    2. I would like some kind of hidden field, that will submit that IP to me in the email I recieve.

in order to be able to use front page extensions, I HAVE to have .htm extensions on my pages, and nothign else will work such as .asp and .php.

Would there be an alternative JS solutions to this, because I am not a programmer, and am having a difficult time figuring this IP thing out.

    thx

With JS? Nope. If these FrontPage extensions don't allow you to get the IP, you'll need to use some sort of server-side script, which means parsing .html files as ASP, PHP or whatever.
