how to download flash video

Cant you just send your friends the link?

If the site doesnt provide a video download link, they probably dont want the video to be so readily available, presumably to make it difficult for people to "borrow" their content.

That's right Beverleyh. In fact (from the forum rules):

• 1.4) No illegal requests- Do not post requests that are illegal or break the usage terms of the service in question, such as where to download warez, disable pop up ads on your free host etc.

That said, I'm pretty sure that using Google you can find various schemes for this. We just can't help you with them if they go against the content provider's written or implied rules or terms.
