    How can I change the color of the title bar of ie or firefox or opera.........

    I don't think you can, not with javascript (where you posted this question). In some browsers there's a configuration option called appearance (often this deals only with the appearance of web pages) or sometimes skin(s). There may be another name or names for it in other browsers. This may be used. It's controlled by the user though, and not accessible via javascript. The OS almost always has configuration options for this, but that affects the title bars of all windows on the desktop, not just the browser, let alone a specific browser. Once again, it's not accessible via javascript.

    Perhaps some older browsers, possibly (though I doubt it) even some current version browsers may respond to styling the text in the title tag. If so, this may be hard coded or changed via javascript.
