I have been trying to figure this out all day and was wondering if it was due to a conflict between FormManager and jquery.form? I'm really new to all this so please help.

For anyone that has read this, I have also realised that this is a problem in Chrome.

In the end I have used a very short show/hide radio button script that seems to work in all browsers by showing/hiding onclick.
