    Post Resizing problem in IE8 upgradation

    hi friends,
    am migrating my appln from IE6 to IE8.am facing resizing problem in IE8.
    when i resize my broswer alignment of menu underline get affected.i adjusted the CSS accordingly to work in IE8 but after the modification it is not not aligned in IE6. i just want to aligned properly in both IE6 and IE8 .Please provide solution for this.Thanks
