Designate Image w/Descriptive Tooltip Placement?

3) Describe problem: Is it possible to designate where the image will appear?

Until I find a better way, I would like to created a table with columns 1 & 2 being names of awards w/links and the tooltip (with picture & description) to appear in the 3rd column (all rows merged).

Are you asking how to get all of the tooltips to appear in the exact same location within the 3rd column? Should the tooltip should float above other elements, or appear inline surrounded by other content?
