links from ddaccordion menu expanded headers

Hi all, I've been trying various methods to get this to work, but...
how can i have the expanded headers links be active once expanded... they work fine with revealtype: clickgo (they expand the menu item, AND go to an URL), but I'd like for the links to still go to an URL once clicked, even if the header is expanded... does this make sense? Please see the menu at http://jeffmorey.com to see what I mean... If you click on "Video projects" and then on one of the expanded items you are taken to a page relating to that item. If you then click on the "video projects" header again (while expanded) nothing happens... I want to treat the links from the headers to go to index pages (URLs) for each category, even if expanded, and not collapse
