Help to link counter's that have a loop

Hi folks,

I am busy with a page that will allow golf players to enter into a tournament via the web.

The amount of entrants must be limited to 80 (for the sake of a number)

I have created the if the statement in a "static page" and the counting is being done on another page which is dynamic by nature.

I use MySQL to store the data and am looking for a person that can help me link it together and make it functional.
