Code for rollover and absolute positioning

Hello,
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but here is what I'm trying to do.

#1 - When I rollover a button I want to absolute position an image.
#2 - On the same rollover I want to absolute position text over that image.
I assume once I have the code for the #1, I can use the same code for #2.

I appreciate your help on this.
