That said -
Browsers often refuse to include and/or issue a warning when one attempts to include resources like images or scripts from http on a page from https. It's a security thing.
This may or may not be what's happening here. From your description it sounds more like an error in the path to the script. But there really just isn't enough information in your post to know for sure.
