Glossy Accordion Menu - Mouseup event desired.

3) Describe problem:
Prototyping an HMI using touch screen technology. Because of the nature of a touch screen, the input device (finger) is not as precise as a mouse and results in 'unresponsive' menu. In fact, what happens is that the cursor might move a few pixels when 'mousedown' so the icon changes to 'not allowed' symbol. I would like the action to be performed on 'mouseup' instead. I looked and played with ddaccordian.js a bit and couldn't resolve it. Any help would be appreciated.

No answers. I guess this must be very difficult to accomplish? Or perhaps impossible? I thought a mouse-up / mouse-down event was simply a parameter.
