[Problem]Horizontal CSS Menus

I had read the post about "jQuery Multi Level CSS Menu #2"

but the menu failed to drop down my blog.

I had change the arrow URL and both file url.

may I know how to fix it?

it works perfectly when i move the menu above my post, but the menu length will get affected by my sidebar widget as seen on picture :




but i wish to put it under my header so that it could be align center, but the menu wouldn't drop down as seen in my blog :




may i know how to fix it?
