Bullet List Accordion Menu into CSS Template

3) Describe problem: I need assistance with fitting the Bullet List Accordion Menu into a custom CSS nested grid template.

I'm trying to get the Bullet List Accordion Menu to fit into, and follow a CSS nested grid template I downloaded HERE

It's a template that has a secondary column to the left with a fixed width of 180px. However due to the custom CSS of the template layout I think they may be interfering with one another, and I'm not sure where.

Here's my attempt so far, but weird things are happening such as when the menu is opened, dotted bullet points show.
