Hi, is there any software that can help me in video maker?

I need a software that can let me make a subtitle(.srt), convert that video into other format (.avi, mpg, mkv, etc), burn it into vcd or dvd?

I already search everywhere, to make all of those thing happen, i need 4 software.

1. make the subtitle (softsub)
2. convert the video
3. burn it into dvd / vcd
4. combine the subtitle + video , or hardsub.

There are loads of freeware subtitle tools here: http://www.videohelp.com/tools/sections/subtitle

The same site also has user-submitted tutorials which are recommended when you go to each software page. Hopefully they will help you tackle your other requirements too.
