Creating accordian javascript

I need help developing code for a accordian javascript frame as the one in the link below. Notice where is says overview, print design, web design, etc. on the right side of the web page. I did see one in the dynamic drive but I need more of the example I described in the link. The main thing I want to know is how do you keep the first frame (overview) and its content showing without it collapsing when you open the page. Also I want to be able to click on each link without the entire page moving down like in the example in this link. Thanks
