Ok, it worked before and now it won't, and I'm not sure why.

I've got the scroller installed on my webpage. It seemed to work before in both IE5 (Win) and also FireFox. It is possibly because I upgraded to the newest FireFox that this problem started occuring.

But if I give my website a DOCTYPE at the top, the scroller breaks in Firefox. If I take out the DOCTYPE, of course then IE will go into quirks mode and completely screw my site.
