Drop Menu with 3 buttons each a different color

Hello,

I would like a simple drop down menu with three button or tabs each a different color. I would like to be able to put the color number in the code.

What is the easiest way to do this? There would be about 10 different headings under each tab and each heading would have a link to a web page.
