We do have SOME minimum requirements here on this site. When asking a question try posting what the problem is, what you are trying to accomplish, and where you think the problem may be. When you do do not post your username and password otherwise others will be able to hack your site easily. Use XXXX instead. Ideally, you should post the errant code you think are having trouble with as well.

Try posting the code you have on includes/db_connect.php to start and remember to XXX out your username and password. You may also want to post the code you have on your index page as well. I would suggest putting the code you post in quotes or use the code tags as well listed above so as to make the code easier to read.
