    Unhappy Code/Script on hover fade in

    Hi,

    I hope someone can help me, I'm looking for a script that when you over over an image the image will fade to another image.

    How can this be done please?

    Thanks very much vwphillips, I did leave something out though can I make it do the reverse when the mouse moves off the image to return to the original?

    Is there not a way to do this with javascript? As I understand you can mouse over but am not sure if you can on mouse out.

    Yes it is possible and only in JavaScript. I don't have an exact answer for you at the moment though.

    Thanks... works a treat! It is for a link, the only problem is if someone presses the back button if they press a link the image will be stuck on the second image not the first one as it does not know to fade out as the mouse did not move out of the area when the link is pressed.
