CSS Drop Down Menu Problems

I can't get this drop down menu to work correctly on IE7. The menu is at http://www.jickpictures.com/ron. Click on any one of the drop down menus on the navigation in IE7. The menu hides behind the the other relative elements on the page. I don't know what's causing that. Can someone please help? Thank you so much.

2) there are no unit declarations on z-index, so remove "px"
