I can't get the script to work in my email

I'm not sure if this is the right thread to post this I'm new. I am having a problem with the scripts to work in my outlook express. It used to work when I was using windows ME. Now I'm working with XP outlook express, what went wrong?? I really like the circling text for my number one but the rest of the scripts are really great. I'm sure it is possible to do this I just need to know how step by step if I may.

Javascript is now considered such a security risk in email that, even if you can figure out how to override that in your email program, chances are that your recipient(s) will never see the effect.
