    Default RSS feed covering up pull-out menu on navigation bar

    Hello,

    If you view the page above, you will see that the information in the center is an RSS feed. Some of the menu options on the navigation bar on the left have pull-out menus. In IE7, IE8, and Firefox, the pull-out menus are appearing behind the feed and therefore cannot be seen. In Safari, the pull-out menus appear on top of the feed which is how we would like it. All of our 21 libraries utilize computers with IE7.

    Is there any solution to this?

    I'm not even certain if this would work, but a different menu, one that places an invisible iframe behind the pull-outs (aka iframe shim), might take care of this. The only one I'm aware of that could otherwise fit your requirements is:
