Stretch table background?

is it possible to stretch a table background image so it is full size of the table, instead of using repeat?

or is there any other way that i could achieve this?

It's not possible to stretch the image in css.
If you want to stretch it you should just
do it with some sort of image rendering
software, like Photoshop.
