dynamic menu to joomla

Is there a way to make the above drop down work with joomla.

I have got it to the point where I have the 5 headings aligned on top of the page horizontally but the styles and jscript are not working.
any advice would be appreciated

Hi,

Did you ever get this to work?

I've been playing around for a while and can't get the dropdown to work. I can see that all of the scripts are referenced correctly but it's not working.
