I need a script that will make texts don't move when you scroll. Is there something like that? I looked at those in the Menus and Navigations but all they have are sliding ones. I need something that won't move.

By the way, what are framesets? A saw a site that uses something like that and it made texts static. I couldn't understand the source code. It was weird.
