Radio Buttons

I have 10 different catagories: Appearance, Attendance, Attitude, Cooperation & Courtesy, Dependability, Honesty, Initiative, Knowledge, Productivity, and Punctuality. I want radio buttons 1-10 for each of these catagories. I know how to make them, but do I have to change an option in order for each catagory to say 1-10 when it is recieved and viewed in an E-mail? JF

You need to set value="1" (to ten) on each radio button to make this value show up.
