Problem With Live Clock Script

Ok, now I know I will not figure this one out. Here's the problem:

It just doesn't work.
I don't know why. I've tried almost everything, but it just doesn't appear on the page. I have no idea why not, but any help would be appreciated.

For now I am using an analog clock.

You need to put the flagistan in the flurbismiester. Actually, I have no clue what the problem could be and I doubt anyone else could either. We need to see what the trouble is:
