Map with co-ordinates - How to insert a .gif image ?

Hi Guys/Girls,

It would be really great if someone out there can help with my problem.
I have created a map with co-ordinates and a map image. On this map I have identified a specific point with co-ordinates, but now I really want to be smart and insert an animated .gif image on the map at this specific point, ........... but I dont know how to go about this.
Is there somebody out there who can help ? Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Below is the coding which I have used sucessfully to identify the specific point with co-ordinates, but I cant find out to insert the .gif image there.
