Dynamic Ajax content drop down problem

3) Describe problem: i use this script with drop down menu
in here: http://azarteam.com/tttt/jadval/index.htm


i want load one option before selecting from drop down
i add selected code :

<option value="hafteha/hafte4.htm" selected="selected">هفته ۴</option>

but jost show in drop down menu this option selected but not load in content area

i want load selected option in content area when first time site opening
